Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no trial period. You get 300 order bookings/month, 25+ courier integrations, and a branded tracking page forever.
What happens when I exceed my booking limit?
You'll be notified as you approach your limit and prompted to upgrade. We won't cut off your store mid-month — you'll always have time to upgrade before bookings are paused.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is the Booking Intelligence Engine?
A Pro-only rule engine that automatically routes orders to the right courier based on rules you define — order value, weight, delivery zone, COD risk, and more. No manual booking required.
What does Finance Act 2025 compliance mean?
The Pro plan tracks 2% Withholding Tax (WHT) on COD remittances as required by Pakistan's Finance Act 2025, and generates bank reconciliation reports that match Pakistani bank formats.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?
Courierify uses the Official WhatsApp Business API. You'll need an approved WhatsApp Business number, which we help you set up during onboarding. No unofficial tools or risk of bans.
