All paid Courierify plans (Starter at $9.99/month and Pro at $19.99/month) include a 3-day free trial. During the trial period:

Courierify subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. When you cancel your subscription:

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your Courierify account pending resolution.
You can cancel your Courierify subscription at any time by:
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Courierify subscriptions are processed through Shopify's billing system. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Shopify handles payment processing — Courierify does not store or process your payment card details.
