The terms governing your use of Courierify as a Shopify app for ecommerce fulfilment.
By installing Courierify from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Courierify. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the merchant) and GrowZar, the developer of Courierify.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Courierify is a Shopify application that provides order management, courier booking, shipment tracking, returns management, WhatsApp automation, and financial analytics services for ecommerce merchants. The service is delivered natively within the Shopify admin interface.
Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
Your Courierify account is tied to your Shopify store. You are responsible for:

Courierify is available on three plans: Free ($0/month), Starter ($9.99/month), and Pro ($19.99/month). Current pricing and feature inclusions are published at courierify.app/pricing.
Paid plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring monthly charges via your Shopify billing account.
Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your plan renews automatically.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by uninstalling Courierify or downgrading to the Free plan via Shopify's app management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Monthly booking limits apply per plan (300 on Free, 2,000 on Starter, unlimited on Pro). If you approach your limit, you will be notified. Bookings may be paused if you exceed your plan limit until the next billing cycle or an upgrade is made.

Your use of Courierify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Courierify complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Courierify, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is the property of GrowZar. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Courierify — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for your business purposes while your account is active.
Courierify is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of courier tracking data, COD settlement amounts, or risk scores — these are provided as informational tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowZar's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Courierify shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost COD remittances, courier performance failures, or data loss.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling Courierify from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice for non-violation terminations.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of Courierify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
