The Problem
Why this matters.
Most Pakistani stores receive returned parcels in bulk with no system to log what came back, why it was returned, or what condition it's in. This leads to incorrect inventory counts, untracked losses, and no data to reduce future RTO.
How It Works
1
Scan or search the shipment
Use a USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner to scan the CN barcode on arrival, or manually search by order ID or tracking number to pull up the shipment record.
2
Log return reason and condition
Select from pre-defined return reasons (customer refused, not home, damaged, wrong item) and record parcel condition — enabling future analysis.
3
Sync to Shopify & update inventory
The return event is logged against the original Shopify order, fulfillment status is updated, and you can trigger a restock action directly.
Key Benefits
What you gain.
Barcode scanner support
Works with any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner — no special hardware required.
Return reason tracking
Build a database of return reasons over time to identify patterns — a specific courier, city, or product driving high RTO.
Integrated with settlements
Returned shipments automatically flow into COD settlement reconciliation (Pro plan) so you're not paying courier fees for failed deliveries.
WhatsApp return automation
Pair with WhatsApp Automation (Starter+) to send automated messages collecting return reasons from customers before the parcel arrives back.
